Do you accept returns? You bet! We are one of the few jewelry businesses who allows returns. Please visit our return page for more details. 

After I place my order, How long does it take to receive my items? Any item that's not in our "In Stock" category will take 45-90 business days to make. Stock items are shipped out within 48 hours via priority mail and will take 3-4 business days for delivery in the USA or 7-15 business days outside of the united states. 

What kind of metal do you use to make your jewelry? We use brass on all of our sets for durability. Silver can be made upon request. 

Can you mark my package as a gift or lower the product price on the customs form so I don't get charged customs? No. All of our packages are shipped with insurance to cover the full cost of the item if it's damaged or lost in shipping. Falsely adding information on the customs form can get us and you in a legal battle with the government if caught. 

Can I customize my jewelry set? Yes! You can customize your set by design and stone/bead color changes. Gold plating can even be changed by color or made with a silver finish. 

Why are your prices different than your competitors? Since our jewelry is 100% hand made, we hire the best artisans and pay them a working wage to support their families. Happy workers mean better quality. <3

Can I wear your jewelry if I'm allergic to non pure metals? Absolutely! We have had several customers who have metal sensitivity who love our products. However, we know everyone is different so please wear your jewelry within the return window to determine if it's a fit for you.
